The Management Trainee Program at Taka Group is an exclusive program for young talents to grow into our future leaders. Over 12 months, you will receive intensive training, gain direct involvement in strategic projects, and continuous professional development.

1.       Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1) of Geological , Geodesy and Geophysical Engineering from reputable university

2.       Single and Maximum 26 Years Old

3.       Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00

4.       Maximum 1 year experience

5.       Fluent in English especially in Business Communication

6.       Active in co-curricular activities

7.       Willing to travel and ready to be assigned across all location under TAKA Group
