Devinal Afrizal

Devinal Afrizal, was born in Bukittinggi, West Sumatera on 1971. This calm and assertive gentleman was graduated from University Krisna Dwipayana Jakarta also had a degree form Polytechnic Manufacture Bandung on Maintenance Mechanic. Has an experience on Production Manager of PT. Taka Masineri Indonesia, also Quality Control Supervisor of PT. Taka Turbomachinery Indonesia. Since 2002 had experience on much kind of manufacture centrifugal pump parts, centrifugal compressor parts, gears, steam turbine parts, and gas turbine parts base on reverse engineering practice. Also had experience on repair and commissioning of any kind and any brand of centrifugal pump (Byron Jackson Pump, David Brown Pump, Johnston Pump, KSB Pump, Flowserve Pump, Nash Pump, Ebara Pump,and Ingersol Dresser Pump) Steam turbine repair, GEC 17 MW and Dresser Rand Turbodyne 30MW. Overhaul, repair and commissioning for steam turbine Siemens 80 MW. Rotor repair with total reblading (17stages) and high speed balance for Borsig GMBH-Man Turbo. Gas turbine rotor repair include stacking and unstacking for GE - 5001 series 20 MW, Westing House - W 251 - 40 MW. Major Inspection, site repair, and installation of new turbine compressor rotor for GE - 5001 series - 22 MW.

His focuses on optimizing equipment reliability, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that service execution meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. With his many years of experience in the manufacturing field, he is able to bring Taka Precision Manufacturing Indonesia in achieving continued growth and sustainability.
